Notta provides a complimentary 7-day trial of the Business Plan. During the trial, users can access the full suite of features included in the paid Business subscription without charge. In this article, you will learn how to apply for a 7-day Business Trial.
What is the 7-day Business Trial?
The "7-day Business Trial" is a trial plan offered to those considering the Business Plan. With this free trial, you can try out the Business Plan for 7 days at no charge.
Note: The trial period is 168 consecutive hours (including weekends and holidays) from the start of the trial.
By signing up for the 7-day Business Trial, you can access the following services:

- Up to 300 minutes of transcription available for 7 days
- Sync and access your data across devices (PC, iPad, and smartphone)
- No charges whatsoever if canceled before the trial ends
- Access to all features of the Business Plan within the available limits:

Apply for the 7-day Business Trial
Note:
- To apply for the free trial, you must register a payment method.
- An email notification will be sent 24 hours before the trial period ends.
- The "7-day Business Trial" is a different plan from the regular "Business Plan". If you directly subscribe to the Business Monthly Plan or Business Annual Plan, the free trial period will not apply.
- Click your Profile image > Settings in the upper right corner of the screen.
- In the left sidebar, click Subscription Plan > Get 7-days trial.
- After confirming the trial rules displayed on the page, select the number of seats, enter your credit card information, and click Start Free Trial.
Transition to a full subscription during the trial
If you want to start using the "Business Plan" immediately, you can skip the free trial and upgrade directly to the Business Plan. In this case, the Business Plan fee will be charged immediately, the "7-day Business Trial" will end, and the "Business Plan" will be activated.
- Click Upgrade to Business now under the transcription time.
- Specify the number of seats and select your preferred billing cycle. You can also add add-ons if needed. After confirming the billing details, click Get Notta Business.
Cancel during the trial period
After the free trial period ends, your subscription will automatically renew (and be charged) for the "Business Monthly Plan". If you do not wish to continue with automatic renewal, you must complete the cancellation procedure before the trial ends. If you cancel within the free trial period, no charges will be incurred.
* Please rest assured that your transcription data will not be deleted even if you cancel.
- Log in to the Notta Web version on your computer.
- Click your Profile image > Settings in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Hover your cursor over the navigation bar on the left side of the settings screen and scroll down. When you see Billing, click it.
- You'll find the Cancel subscription button at the bottom of your "Billing" screen. Just scroll down and click it to proceed.
- Finally, a confirmation screen asking "Cancel your subscription?" will appear. Click Cancel subscription.
- When the "Payment Method" status switches from "Auto-renewal" to "Non-renewable" this confirms that your cancellation was successfully processed and future automatic renewals are stopped.
