What is the "Refer & Earn" program on Notta?

This is a campaign where you can earn rewards by inviting your friends to come and explore Notta. In this article, you will learn how the referral program works on Notta.

What kind of rewards are offered?

The referral rewards will be automatically redeemed on the date of the referred friends' completion of the qualifying action. When a referee registers a new Notta account through the referral link, both the referrer and the referee will receive a reward.

For referrer:

- If the referrer is on the Free Plan, the referral reward would be a 3-day free trial(120 mins). The maximum number of redemption for each Notta account is 20.

- If the referrer is on the Pro Plan, the referral reward would be an additional 60-minute transcription quota. The maximum number of redemption for each Notta account is 200.

For referee:

- The referee will receive a 3-day free trial(120 mins).


When you get a 3-day free trial(120 mins), you can enjoy the following service:

  • Up to 120 minutes of transcription available for 3 days
  • Unlock all Pro Plan features
  • Sync and access your data across devices(PC, iPad, and smartphone)
  • No auto-renewal is enabled. In other words, you will not get billed.

 

How to invite friends and earn rewards?

■ From iPhone/iPad/Android app

1. Click the gift icon in the upper-right corner of the screen.

2. Click [Share the link].

3. Click [Copy Link], then send the link to your friend. Also, you can share the link on social media.

4. When your friend completes the sign-up process, you will receive the rewards. To review the reward history, please click the clock icon in the upper-right corner.

5. When you're on the 3-day free trial, a countdown will be displayed. the status of your subscription will become 'Gift Pro' and the plan will be '3-Day Notta Pro Reward'.
* If you subscribe to Notta Pro during this free trial period, the trial will be terminated immediately and the paid plan will be reflected.

■ From Notta Web (PC)

1. Select [Refer & Earn] from the left sidebar.

2. Click [Copy Link], then send the link to your friend. Also, you can share the link on social media. If your friend completes the sign-up process, you will receive the rewards. The reward history will be listed below the referral link.

3. When you're on the 3-day free trial, your current plan will be displayed as 'Pro' with 120 minutes of transcription quota available.
* If you subscribe to Notta Pro during this free trial period, the trial will be terminated immediately and the paid plan will be reflected.

Why didn't I receive the rewards after completing the required procedures?

Below are possible reasons for not being rewarded:
  • The referee didn't complete the sign-up process
  • The referee registered without using your referral link
  • Have reached the limit of redemption
If all potential causes are excluded, please contact our support team(support@notta.ai) with the following information.
  • Referee's email address
  • The exact date and time when the referee signed up(including the time zone)
  • Your referral link
