How do I create Zaps involving Notta?
You can set Notta as a trigger or an action. The available events differ based on your settings.
- If you set Notta as a trigger, you can automatically send data like transcripts or AI notes to other applications.
- If you set Notta as an action, you can automatically upload audio or video saved in applications like Google Drive to Notta for transcription.
For this example, we'll walk through the steps of configuring Notta as a trigger.
1. Choose an event for your trigger, then complete the sign-in in the 'Account' tab.
2. After signing in, select the 'Trigger' tab and complete the configuration.
Tips: The first field 'Workspace Name' needs to be manually set. Please select your target workspace, which will allow Zapier to pull data from that workspace. The remaining fields can be left as the default values or customized as needed.
3. Once you complete the configuration in the 'Trigger' tab, open the 'Test' tab and click [Test trigger].
Tips: Zapier will pull a sample record that is only for testing purposes, instead of the actual record stored in your Notta workspace.
4. Add an action and choose an event for the action. Then, complete the sign-in in the 'Account' tab.
5. After signing in, select the 'Action' tab and complete the configuration.
6. Once you complete the configuration in the 'Action' tab, go to the 'Test' tab and click [Test step].
7. If the Zap runs correctly, you can publish it to make it run in the production environment where your actual records can be pulled.
