For Enterprise Plan members, Notta provides timely notifications as transcription limits approach. This foresight helps avoid unforeseen usage restrictions, allowing for seamless, confident service continuity.
Prerequisites for using this feature
Plan: Available only on Enterprise Plan
Role: Admins and Owner can configure
Platform: Notta Web
- Click your Profile image > Settings in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Hover your cursor over the navigation bar on the left side of the settings screen and scroll down. When you see Preferences under the Workspace settings section, click it.
- Enable Usage Alert and select the usage thresholds that will trigger notifications (multiple selections possible).
For example, if both 70% and 90% are checked, notifications will be sent when your transcription time usage reaches 70% and 90% for that period. - By default, the owner will receive notifications. If you want to add other recipients, click + Add recipient.
- Select users: Check the box to the left of the user you want to add as a recipient. Selected users will appear in the "Selected" list.
- Add by role: Check the box to the left of the role name to add all users belonging to that role as recipients.
- Remove recipient: If you want to remove a recipient from the list, click the X next to the corresponding recipient in the "Selected" list.
- Clear selected recipients: If you want to remove all selected recipients other than the owner, click the Trash icon at the top right of the "Selected" list.
- Search users: If there are many users in your workspace, you can quickly search for a specific user by entering their email address.
- Click Add to save the settings.
