Notta provides a variety of templates to flexibly meet diverse user needs. Template library allows you to view all available templates and manage your own custom templates.

Open template library
Open template library from Settings
- Click your Profile image > Settings in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Hover your cursor over the navigation bar on the left side of the settings screen and scroll down. When you see the Template library, click it.
Open template library from a record
- Open a record.
- Click the template library icon in the menu bar at the top of the AI Notes area, or click See All templates under frequently used templates to open the template library.
- Open a record where the AI summary has not yet been generated.
- Tap AI Notes.
- Tap See all templates.
Preview template
- Select a specific category from the left navigation bar to quickly view templates suited for that scenario.
- Hover your cursor over the template you want to preview and click Preview.
- You can check the specific content of each prompt included in the template.
- To close the preview screen, click Back to template library in the upper left corner.
- If you open the template library from the record details screen, the Use this template button will be displayed in the bottom right. You can use the template directly from the preview screen by clicking this button.
- Move the top navigation bar left and right or tap the ∨ icon on the right edge to display all categories. Select a category to quickly view templates suited for that scenario.
- Tap the template you want to preview to check the specific content of each prompt included in the template.
- To close the preview screen, tap ＜ in the upper left corner.
- If you want to use this template, simply tap Use template.
Add templates to My Favorites
To easily find frequently used templates, we recommend adding them to My Favorites.
- Hover your cursor over the template you want to add to My Favorites and click the ⭐︎ (star mark) in the upper right corner of the template to add it to My Favorites.
- Click the ⭐︎ (star mark) again to remove it from My Favorites.
- Find the template you want to add to My Favorites and tap the ⭐︎ (star mark) in the bottom right corner of the template to add it to My Favorites.
- Tap the ⭐︎ (star mark) again to remove it from My Favorites.
Search for templates
The template library in the Notta Web version allows you to use the search function. Enter keywords into the search box in the upper left corner to find templates whose titles include those keywords.
Manage custom templates
Notta paid users can use custom templates in addition to default templates. Custom templates can also be managed in the template library. For a series of management methods, including adding, setting permissions, editing, and deleting custom templates, please refer to this article.
FAQ
If your network connection is unstable, templates may not load correctly. We recommend switching to a stable network and then reloading the page.
