What you need to know about unsubscribing
- Most subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel them.
- Removing the Notta app from your mobile phone or deleting your Notta account will not stop or cancel your subscription.
- If you cancel, you can continue to use your activated subscription plan until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged again.
- The remaining days of your subscription are non-refundable.
Where to unsubscribe?
To unsubscribe, you'll need to go through the platform where your subscription was originally created:
- If your subscription was created via the App Store, you can only cancel it through your associated Apple account's subscription management.
- If your subscription was created via Google Play, you can only cancel it through Google Play.
- If your subscription was created via the Notta web version, you can only cancel it by accessing Notta web on a computer.
Cancel App Store / Google Play subscriptions
If you used your phone to purchase the Notta Pro subscription, you must cancel your subscription through iTunes or Google Play.
Cancel a subscription created on Notta Web
- Log in to the Notta Web version on your computer.
- Click your Profile image > Settings in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Hover your cursor over the navigation bar on the left side of the settings screen and scroll down. When you see Billing, click it.
- You'll find the Cancel subscription button at the bottom of your "Billing" screen. Just click it to proceed.
- Finally, a confirmation screen asking "Cancel your subscription?" will appear. Click Cancel subscription.
- When the "Payment Method" status switches from "Auto-renewal" to "Non-renewable" this confirms that your cancellation was successfully processed and future automatic renewals are stopped.
If you have a problem with canceling your plan, please reach out to the Notta team via the in-app feedback.
