How to contact support via the in-app feedback?

If you have any questions about Notta or requests for improvements, please let us know.

Also, if there is a problem such as being unable to convert audio to text, it would be useful to report the problem by sending feedback following the steps below.

 

Send feedback from Notta Web

1. Click [Help & Support] at the upper right of the screen, then click [Contact Support].

2. Select the [Type], enter the [Detail description], then click [Submit] to send the feedback. If possible, it would be helpful if you could also provide a screenshot of the error.

Send feedback from Notta mobile app

1. Tap [Mine] and scroll to the bottom and tap [Send Feedback].

2. Select the [Type], [Select the log file] and [Detail description], then tap [Submit] to send the feedback. If possible, it would be helpful if you could also provide a screenshot of the error.
