How to contact support via in-app feedback?

If you encounter any issues or have questions, please contact our support team. To help us investigate and assist you more effectively, please include as much detail as possible in your request.

Tip: To prevent emails from being blocked or sent to your spam folder, we recommend adding the domains "notta.zendesk.com" and "notta.ai" to your email allowlist.

  1. Click the Help & Support icon in the upper-right corner of the home screen and select Get support.

  2. A chat box labeled "Search Help Center" will appear. Enter your question and send it. AI will provide initial troubleshooting suggestions or guidance.
  3. Follow the AI's response to check the issue or try the suggested troubleshooting steps.

    Note: Responses in "Search Help Center" are AI-generated based on Help Center content and may occasionally be inaccurate. Please double-check important details.

  4. If the issue is not resolved, you can continue asking the AI more detailed questions. If the problem still cannot be resolved, let the AI know, and a "Contact human support" button will appear. Click the button to proceed to the contact form.

  5. In the contact form, select the appropriate Inquiry Type and the relevant Transcription Record, then describe the issue. If possible, please also attach a screenshot of the error.
  6. Click Submit to submit your inquiry to the support team.
  7. A support representative will follow up via email at the address registered to your account (or the contact email you provided).

Notes:

  • Chat history: Chat history is not automatically shared with the support team. Please copy and paste any information you'd like to share into the contact form before submitting.
  • Character limit: The contact form has a character limit. If you have additional details or materials that do not fit in the form, please reply directly to the automated email you receive after submitting the form.
