When our technical team investigates issues encountered in Notta, we may request your record's log information (Record ID) to identify the cause. This article guides you through the steps to retrieve and share log information from both Notta Web and the mobile app.
Note: Rest assured, this operation will not display your transcription results or imported data to the Notta Team.
- Log in to Notta Web (https://app.notta.ai).
- Click on the relevant record to enter its detail screen.
- Copy the link (URL) from the detail screen and send it to the Notta Support Team.
Notta mobile app
- Log in to the Notta app.
- Tap on the relevant record to enter its detail screen.
- Tap the Share & Export icon in the top right corner of the detail screen.
- Turn the toggle next to Private to ON, then tap Copy the share link and send it to the Notta Support Team.
- You can turn off the sharing toggle after sending the link to stop sharing.
