How to retrieve record log information (record ID) for issue investigation?

When our technical team investigates issues encountered in Notta, we may request your record's log information (Record ID) to identify the cause. This article guides you through the steps to retrieve and share log information from both Notta Web and the mobile app.

Note: Rest assured, this operation will not display your transcription results or imported data to the Notta Team.

Notta Web
  1. Log in to Notta Web (https://app.notta.ai).
  2. Click on the relevant record to enter its detail screen.
  3. Copy the link (URL) from the detail screen and send it to the Notta Support Team.
