- Click on the record where the issue occurred to open the detailed view.
- Copy the URL from the detailed view and send it to our support team.
- Spoken language of the record: Please let us know the language used for transcription.
Issues other than the transcription text
If you are experiencing bugs related to app performance or specific feature malfunctions, other than transcription text, please provide the following information:
- Occurrence timing: When and how often does the issue occur?
- Reproduction steps: Please provide detailed steps to reproduce the issue.
