Provide this info for faster help

General information

Screenshots or screen recordings: Screenshots or screen recordings showing the issue are very helpful for understanding what's happening. If there's an error message or the issue occurs during a specific action, please include that as well.

Issues related to transcription text

  • Log information of the relevant record:
    • Log in to the Notta web (https://app.notta.ai).
    • Click on the record where the issue occurred to open the detailed view.
    • Copy the URL from the detailed view and send it to our support team.

  • Spoken language of the record: Please let us know the language used for transcription.

Issues other than the transcription text

If you are experiencing bugs related to app performance or specific feature malfunctions, other than transcription text, please provide the following information:

  • Occurrence timing: When and how often does the issue occur?
  • Reproduction steps: Please provide detailed steps to reproduce the issue.
  • Error messages displayed: Please provide the full text of any error messages displayed on the screen.

Web meeting transcription issues

If Notta bot is unable to transcribe your web meeting successfully, please provide the following information:

  • Meeting link: Please provide the link to the web meeting where the issue occurred.

  • If you cannot share the meeting link, please share:
    • The meeting title
    • The meeting start time (exact date and time)
