Check the status of your network connection
If your internet is unstable, you may not be able to connect to the Google Play Store. Please check your internet connection then try again.
Delete Google Play Store cache
The problem may be resolved by clearing the Play Store cache. As Google help center article suggests, the steps to delete Play Store cache are as follows.
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Settings app .
- Tap [Apps] > [See all apps.]
- Scroll down to "Google Play Services."
- Tap [Google Play Services.]
- Tap [Storage] > [Clear Cache.]
- Tap [Manage Space] > [Clear all Data.]
