This is usually a result of one of these issues:
1. Entering the wrong card number or other payment information.
Triple-check all your payment information.
2. Your card is not accepted by Stripe.
Visa, Mastercard, and Discover are available on our payment processing partner Stripe.
3. The total amount for the Notta subscription is beyond your balance on the card.
Please check your balance before paying.
4. Your account has been frozen or the payment was declined by your bank.
If it is the case, you may need to contact the bank to unlock it. We recommend giving them a quick call to let them know that all Notta purchases are intentional. Alternatively, you could try another card.
