Investigation & Solutions for Payment Errors
1. Identify the Error Reason
Since some error reasons are returned from the card issuer to Notta’s payment system, you may contact the Notta Support Team (support@notta.ai) for assistance. We will investigate the issue within our visible scope.
However, detailed reasons for failed transactions are often not shared with us. To obtain the most definitive information, we recommend contacting your card issuer directly.
2. Update Credit Card Information
