The membership registration screen retrieves login data from Google Play.
If the subscription page has not been opened for a long time, the Google Play login data may be reset, preventing the plan information from loading.
If you can’t view the subscription information from Google Play, please perform the below troubleshooting steps.
- Open Google Play and log in with the account you used when you subscribed.
- Return to the Notta subscription page and click the Try again button on the screen.
This operation should reload the latest login data and display your plan information.
