Why can’t I get subscription information from Google Play?

If you can’t view the subscription information from Google Play, please perform the below troubleshooting steps.

  1. Check your internet connection. Make sure that your internet is stable and working.
  2. Clean Google Play cache. Below are the steps to follow.
    1. From your home screen, navigate to “Settings” - “Apps”. Or navigate to “Apps” - “Manage Apps” depending on your devices.
    2. Tap Google Play Store.
    3. Tap Storage.
    4. Tap Clear Cache - Clear Data.
    5. Tap Data.
