If the Notta app is taking up too much storage space on your mobile device, you can clear temporary files and optimize storage by following the steps below:
Step 1: Update the app to the latest version
Ensure your Notta app is updated to the latest version, as performance and storage optimization updates are regularly released.
- iOS: Open the App Store, search for Notta, and tap Update (if available).
- Android: Open the Google Play Store, search for Notta, and tap Update (if available).
Step 2: Clean app cache
- Open the Notta app and tap Mine > Advanced.
- Tap Release Storage.
- Tap Start Release Storage to clear the cache.
