Check network connection
If your network environment is unstable, web pages may not function correctly. Try restarting your router or switching to a different network environment, such as mobile data.
Update browser version
Older browser versions may have known issues or security vulnerabilities. Ensure your browser is up to date.

Check hardware resources
Use Task Manager (Windows) or Activity Monitor (Mac) to check and manage currently running processes, and try closing unnecessary applications to free up system resources.
Reduce audio sample rate
If you encounter a "Page unresponsive" error when uploading a file, a high audio sample rate could be the cause. A high audio sample rate can increase the page's resource consumption and ultimately cause it to crash. In such cases, please reduce the audio sample rate and then try uploading the file again.
