How to reduce the size of Notta app?

You can reduce the space of Notta mobile app in the following ways.

Delete unnecessary transcription data (iOS & Android)

1. Long press the unnecessary notes or folders on the App home and tap Delete . It is possible to select multiple records or folders.
   
2. A pop-up window for Delete Record will appear, tap Delete and the transcription data will be moved to Trash.
   
3. Tap Mine in the bottom right corner, then tap Recently Deleted Items.
4. Wipe the deleted note to the left in the Trash and tap Delete.
5. A confirmation screen will appear asking Permanently delete this file, then tap Delete Permanently. Data will be completely deleted to reducing the space of the app.

Clean app cache (iOS & Android)

1. Tap Mine>Advanced .
   
2. Tap Release Storage.
   
3. Tap Start Release Storage to clear the cache.
   

Reinstall the app (iOS & Android)

1. You can reduce the size of the app by uninstalling the Notta mobile app and installing it again.
2. If you start log in with the same account, the original data will be reflected.

Delete app data (Android)

1. Open Settings.
2. Scroll down and select Notta.
3. Tap Clear storage or Clear data to reduce the space of the app.
