What permissions should I have to add comments?

* Users who are granted 'Full access' can delete all comments, while users who are granted 'Can edit' can only delete their own comments.

How to add comments?

1. If you hover over a block and then click the [Comment] icon, you can comment on the entire block.

If you want to comment on specific text, place the cursor at the beginning of the text and drag to select it. Once the text is selected, click [Comment].

2. Input your comment, then click the [Send] button or press the Enter key to publish the comment.

How to mention teammates?

1. Input an At sign(@) or click the [@] button displayed on the right side of the input field.

2. Select a teammate from the list.

3. Input your comment, then click the [Send] button or press the Enter key to publish the comment.

How to view or hide comments?

1. To view comments, click the [Comment] icons displayed on the right side of blocks, or click the [Comment] icon in the upper-right corner.

2. To hide comments, click the [Comment] icon in the upper-right corner.

How to reply to comments?

1. Click [Reply] displayed below the comment you want to reply to.

2. Input your reply, then click the [Send] button or press the Enter key to publish the reply.|

How to delete comments?

Hover over the comment you want to delete, then click the [Delete] button.

How to enable or disable notifications?

1. If you enable notifications, you will receive updates on comments and mentions via email.

2. You can enable or disable notifications at [Settings] > [Notification].
