If you select the wrong transcription language or forget to enable speaker identification, you can use the Re-transcribe feature to convert the audio or video to text again.

Note:
- Re-transcription is not supported for Web meeting transcription by Notta Bot and YouTube video transcription.
- Each re-transcription consumes transcription minutes equal to the audio duration. In addition, one file upload quota will be deducted.
How to use
- Click Re-transcribe on the details screen.
- Select the transcrption language, speaker identification, and Speech-to-Text engine in the pop-up screen, then click Re-transcribe to convert the recording or video to text again.
