Method 1: Copy a single block

  1. Move your mouse cursor over the paragraph you want to copy.
  2. From the menu that appears on the top right of the paragraph, click the Copy icon on the far right to copy the entire paragraph.

Method 2: Copy multiple blocks at once

  1. Move your mouse cursor to the area outside the paragraphs you want to copy. The cursor will change to a cross shape.

  2. Click and drag the mouse to select the range of text you want to copy. (The background of the selected text will turn blue.)

  3. From the menu that appears at the bottom center of the selected text, click the Copy icon on the far right to copy the selected text.

Copy the entire transcript

  1. Click the pencil icon on the top right, it will turn blue, indicating you are now in editing mode. Alternatively, you can double-click the transcription to switch to editing mode.

  2. Click the text to make the input cursor blink, then simultaneously press the Ctrl key and the A key (or the Command key and the A key if you are using a Mac) on your keyboard. This selects the current paragraph.

  3. Press the Ctrl key and the A key (or the Command key and the A key if you are using a Mac) simultaneously again to select the entire document.
  4. Press the Ctrl key and the C key (or the Command key and the C key if you are using a Mac) simultaneously to copy the entire text.
