Copy part of the transcript
Method 1: Copy a single block
- Move your mouse cursor over the paragraph you want to copy.
- From the menu that appears on the top right of the paragraph, click the Copy icon on the far right to copy the entire paragraph.
Method 2: Copy multiple blocks at once
- Move your mouse cursor to the area outside the paragraphs you want to copy. The cursor will change to a cross shape.
- Click and drag the mouse to select the range of text you want to copy. (The background of the selected text will turn blue.)
- From the menu that appears at the bottom center of the selected text, click the Copy icon on the far right to copy the selected text.

- Swipe left or long-press the block you want to copy. You can also select multiple blocks using the round checkboxes next to the blocks.
- Tap Copy to copy the selected block(s), and you can then paste the text wherever you like.
Copy the entire transcript
- Click the pencil icon on the top right, it will turn blue, indicating you are now in editing mode. Alternatively, you can double-click the transcription to switch to editing mode.
- Click the text to make the input cursor blink, then simultaneously press the
Ctrlkey and theAkey (or theCommandkey and theAkey if you are using a Mac) on your keyboard. This selects the current paragraph. - Press the
Ctrlkey and theAkey (or theCommandkey and theAkey if you are using a Mac) simultaneously again to select the entire document. - Press the
Ctrlkey and theCkey (or theCommandkey and theCkey if you are using a Mac) simultaneously to copy the entire text.

Tap the ⋯ icon on the top right of the detail screen.

Tap Copy to copy the entire transcript, and you can then paste the text wherever you like.
