Notta's record details page is the central screen for managing, editing, and utilizing your transcribed content. This article provides a detailed explanation of each function on this page, guiding you on how to process and use your transcription results more efficiently.
Core page functions
The record details page integrates multiple useful functions, primarily divided into the following five areas:
A: Transcribed text area
This area is the primary display for your transcribed text content. If your transcription includes a video, the video player will also be displayed at the top of this area.
You can toggle the edit mode switch to enter edit mode and manage/edit your transcribed text.
The transcribed text is divided into "blocks," and by managing these blocks, you can perform operations such as copying, editing, and changing speakers within the transcribed data. Each block also has a block function bar providing convenient operations (play, share, bookmark, comment, copy).

B. Audio playback area
In this area, you can control playback-related functions such as play, pause, fast-forward/rewind. By clicking on the timeline (playback bar), you can jump to any position in the audio and quickly locate the desired section. Furthermore, convenient features like AI noise cancellation, skip silence, and bookmarks are also available, aiding in more accurate listening and audio management.

This sidebar primarily focuses on AI smart features. The AI notes function allows you to select from multiple summary templates to smartly summarize transcribed text and quickly extract key points. Once an AI summary is generated, the MindMap function will automatically display a mind map of the summarized content, helping you grasp information more visually.
