Enable Notta Sales Agent
Set up an agent folder
Sales Agent will only analyze data within the agent folder. This allows you to effectively separate sales-related records from non-sales-related ones, ensuring precise analysis. Therefore, to enable Sales Agent, you first need to set up an agent folder.
- In the left sidebar of the Notta Web version, click Sales Agent.
- Designate an agent folder by choosing an existing folder or creating a new one.
- Open the permission settings pop-up by clicking Invite Member. From there, you can assign agent folder access to members or groups. Of course, you can change permissions anytime after setting them. You can find instructions on how to do so here.
- Click Install and follow the instructions to add the Sales Agent extension to your browser. This will allow you to see sales insights right from the extension.
- Click Activate to enable Sales Agent for the current workspace.
Note: Sales Agent processes and analyzes only the records in the specified folder. Currently, the agent folder cannot be changed once set.
Enable CRM integration
If you want to quickly sync your Sales Agent's analytical data to your CRM, we recommend enabling CRM Sync. Once CRM Sync is on, you can use the AI-powered auto-fill feature to rapidly update values for each property, ensuring your CRM's deal intelligence is always up-to-date.
- Turn CRM Sync ON, select HubSpot or Salesforce, and proceed with the integration.
- Select the property or item you wish to include for data updates via the Sales Agent. Also, as needed, enter or modify the AI prompt for each field.
- Click Update to save the changes. Only when CRM Sync is enabled will you see the CRM Sync button on the transcription details page, allowing you to update properties. For instructions on how to use this feature, please refer to this article.
Modify agent folder access permissions
Members need access permission to the agent folder to use Sales Agent. Access permission can be set for the entire workspace, by group, or individually, and the available features vary depending on the access permission.
