Sales Reports visualize your sales team's performance based on your CRM data. You can monitor key metrics such as Total Amount, ARR, Win Rate, and Time to Close, while closely tracking the status of high-value deals.

Plan: Available on Business or Enterprise plans with Sales Agent enabled

π― Check Sales Report
- Log in to Notta Web (app.notta.ai) on your computer.
- Click Sales Agent in the left navigation bar.
- Click View Sales Report.
- Select the time period and sales representatives at the top of the page.
- Review the data metrics, and click the CRM links to view more details if necessary.

Total Amount
- Retrieves and displays deal amounts directly from your CRM.
- You can use the date picker in the top-right corner to view data for this week, last week, the past 4 weeks, or any custom range.
- Sales revenue breakdown by representative is also available.

ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue)
- Amounts are calculated based on your CRM deal information, and the currency matches your CRM settings (e.g., JPY, USD).
- Supports ARR breakdown by individual sales representative.

Win Rate
- Displays the percentage of won deals for each sales representative.
- Formula: Won Deals Γ· Total Deals

Time to Close
- Displays the average number of days it takes to close a deal.
- Allows performance comparison across different sales representatives.

Top Deals
- Displays high-value deals that newly entered your pipeline within the selected time period.
- Extracts the top 10 deals sorted by amount for each sales stage.
- Displayed Data Fields:
- Stage / Deal Name / Amount / Win Probability (%) / Sales Obstacles / User Requirements / AI Next Steps / Close Date / CRM Link, etc.
Stalled Deals in Qualification Stage
- Calculates the average number of days a deal stays in the qualification stage based on historical closed data.
- Identifies deals that have been stalled longer than average, helping you assess lead quality and potential delays in sales follow-ups.
π€ AI-Powered Insights
- Sales Obstacles: The AI analyzes emails, calls, and notes to pinpoint specific roadblocks in a deal.
- User Requirements: The AI extracts customer needs and demands from Notta transcripts and CRM data.
- AI Next Steps: The AI suggests the best recommended next steps based on the current deal status.
- Click the blue button on the right side of each item to view the detailed AI analysis results.

Data Refresh & Synchronization
- Reports are generated in real-time as soon as you open the page.
- AI-driven analysis results are expected to load within approximately 30 seconds.
- Data is retrieved directly from your connected CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot).
