  3. You'll see various sales metrics. Here's what some key indicators mean:
    • Average Talk Ratio: This shows how much you typically talk during meetings. We recommend keeping it under 46% to allow your customers ample opportunity to express themselves.
    • Average Monologue Count: This is how often you speak for long stretches in a meeting. Fewer monologues are generally better!
    • Average WPM: We'll show your average words per minute (WPM). For English, a pace of 170-180 WPM is usually best for listeners.
    • Prohibited content count: This counts any prohibited or potentially non-compliant spoken content. Aim for zero!
    • Weekly Meeting Count: This is the total number of meetings a sales representative attended within the selected period, divided by the number of weeks in that period.
    • Average Meeting Duration: The typical length of your meetings. Try to keep meetings under 45 minutes to hold attention.

Understand customer analysis

  1. Under Insights, select Customers to view metrics related to customers.
  2. Use the filter to narrow down the analysis targets by speaker, creation date, etc.

        • Most Frequent Requests: What features or services are customers asking for most?

        • Questions & Concerns: What are customers worried or unsure about?
        • Budget & Pricing Feedback: How do customers feel about your pricing?

Chat-based data search & analysis

As a complementary function to Notta Sales Agent, we'd like to introduce its chat feature. It's similar to a general AI chat but more focused on the sales domain, with its data scope limited to the agent folder.

If you have a large volume of meeting records and want to quickly look up content from a specific record, or if you wish to run a global query not limited to a particular record, we recommend using the built-in chat feature in the Notta Sales Agent Chrome extension.

  1. Install the Chrome extension from here.
  2. You can launch the Sales Agent insights function by clicking the extension icon in the upper right corner of the browser, selecting Notta Sales Agent, and then selecting Chat.

  3. Enter your question in the chat window and send it to get an AI-generated response.
    Recommended example questions:
    • What competing products have clients mentioned in the past month?
    • Please provide feedback on customer satisfaction.
