Characteristics and points to note when using the Medical Engine

  • Optimization through specialized training: The medical engine not only includes medical terminology but also undergoes specialized training and optimization for the medical industry, offering higher accuracy in professional recognition.
  • Automatic loading of specialized vocabulary: When switching to the medical engine, the system automatically loads the necessary specialized medical vocabulary to ensure transcription accuracy.
    * Medical Engine's medical terms are continuously updated.
  • Usage limits and automatic switching: If the medical engine's usage count exceeds the limit, the system will automatically switch to the standard engine to continue transcription.
  • Vocabulary ineffective with standard engine: If you switch back to the standard engine, medical specialized vocabulary will become ineffective. This means that when transcribing with the standard engine, even if medical terms are encountered, optimized recognition based on the medical vocabulary database will not occur.
  • Impact on new/existing transcription data: After switching the engine, new transcription data will be processed using the new engine. The results of already completed existing data will not automatically change.
  • Supported languages: The medical engine currently supports transcription only in Japanese.
