You'll get an email when your file transcription is finished. So even if you upload several files at once, there's no need to keep your eye on the Notta page.
Prerequisites for using this feature
Plan: Available on all plans
Role: Available to all roles
Platform: Notta Web, Notta Mobile App
- Click your Profile image > Settings in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Click Notifications in the left navigation bar of the settings screen.
- To enable notifications, turn on the toggle next to File transcription completed. To stop notifications, switch the same toggle off.
- When notifications are enabled, you will receive an email once the transcription of an uploaded file is complete.
Notta Mobile App
- Open the Mine tab, then select Notification.
- To enable notifications, turn on the toggle below File transcription completion. To stop notifications, switch the same toggle off.
- When notifications are enabled, you will receive an email once the transcription of an uploaded file is complete.
