How the number of concurrent transcriptions is determined?
A single Notta Bot can only handle one online meeting at a time. Thus, the number of online meetings you can transcribe concurrently is determined by the number of Notta Bots allocated to your workspace, which in turn depends on the number of your seats.

- If you have a 2-seat Business Plan β 2 bots are allocated, allowing you to transcribe up to 2 online meetings concurrently.
- If you have a 10-seat Business Plan β 10 bots are allocated, allowing you to transcribe up to 10 online meetings concurrently.
The number of seats indicates your workspace's maximum capacity and doesn't always match the actual number of users. As long as there are unoccupied seats available, you can continue to invite new users. The number of Notta Bots allocated is based on the number of seats, not the actual number of users.

- If you have a 5-seat Business Plan, your workspace will be allocated 5 Notta Bots, even if you only have 3 active users. The remaining 2 unoccupied seats can be used to invite new members, but the number of bots will always remain 5, matching your seat count.
What happens when multiple members use Notta Bots concurrently?
Notta Bots are shared among all users within a workspace. This means if one user is concurrently using multiple bots, other users may find bots unavailable for their use.

- If you have a 2-seat Business Plan and your workspace has User A and User B, then 2 Notta Bots will be allocated. If User A is concurrently using Notta Bots for 2 online meetings, there are 0 remaining bots.
At this time, if User B tries to invite a bot to an online meeting, they will receive a message stating, "All bots in the current workspace are busy. No bots are available for dispatch.", and won't be able to add the bot to their meeting.
- If you have a 2-seat Business Plan and your workspace has User A and User B, then 2 Notta Bots will be allocated. If User A is concurrently using Notta Bots for 2 online meetings, there are 0 remaining bots.
How to increase the number of Notta Bots?
To get more Notta Bots, the workspace owner can purchase additional seats. Every additional seat provides one more Notta Bot.
