FAQs

If I purchase the Bilingual Transcription & Translation Add-on, does it also include the features of Monolingual Real-time Translation?

No, these are different add-ons with different features. Therefore, usage counts are calculated separately.

Why does it still say "Real-time translation quota is insufficient" even though I purchased an add-on?

It is possible that the feature you are using does not match the add-on you purchased. Please confirm that the function of the add-on you purchased is correctly selected.

Also, purchasing an add-on does not grant you unlimited use of the feature. Purchasing the Monolingual Real-time Translation Add-on adds 100 uses per seat to your monthly quota, and purchasing the Bilingual Transcription & Translation Add-on adds 200 uses per seat per month. Please check if you have exceeded this month's usage limit.

For information on how usage counts are calculated, please refer to the help article Usage calculation rules for Notta features.

Is there a feature to translate three or more languages simultaneously? Or translate one language into two different languages simultaneously?

Currently, these features are not available.

How should I choose the translation feature that is right for me?
  • Bilingual Transcription & Translation: Recommended when you need real-time translation for both sides of a conversation or meeting involving two languages.
  • Monolingual Real-time Translation: Recommended when you need real-time translation for a single language, such as when attending a foreign-language lecture.
  • Generate Translations from Transcripts: If you do not need to understand the foreign language content immediately and accept receiving the translated text later (e.g., for organizing foreign-language class records), you can record the foreign-language content entirely and then use the translation generation feature after transcription without purchasing an add-on.
