This article applies to customers using Notta with credit card payments.
This article explains why the transcription quota displayed on the home screen may differ from the time specified in your plan (such as 1,800 minutes or Unlimited).
Reasons for the difference from the plan's specified time
Normally, the Pro plan provides 1,800 minutes per month, and Business plans sold after April 2024 provide Unlimited transcription time. If the displayed time differs from these, one of the following may apply:
-
If you are using a Business plan
For Business plans sold before April 2024, the system allowed users to select a specific amount of transcription time at the time of purchase. Therefore, unlike the current Business plan (Unlimited), an upper limit is displayed for the remaining time.
-
If you are using a Pro plan
The Pro plan you are using may have Additional Time from referral bonuses or campaigns.
This is the case where you have obtained additional transcription time through friend referral bonuses or limited-time campaigns.
Expiration Date: The expiration date for bonus time is usually one year.
Renewal Policy: While the 1,800 minutes included in the plan are reset every month, Additional Time obtained through bonuses is kept until it is used up or expires and will not be reset monthly.
If you want to hide it: If you do not want this additional time to be displayed on the home screen, please contact Customer Support. We can retrieve and delete the relevant time pack on our end.
Consumption priority of transcription time
If you have Additional Time, they will be automatically consumed in the following order of priority:
Transcription time included in the plan (e.g., 1,800 minutes reset monthly)
Additional time obtained
