Live subtitles in Picture-in-Picture mode

The Notta mobile app supports Picture-in-Picture (PIP) mode. With this feature, you can view real-time transcription results in a small floating window while using other apps, making multitasking on your smartphone easier and more efficient.

Prerequisites for using this feature
Plan: Available on all plans
Role: Available to all roles
Platform: Notta Mobile App
  1. Open the record that is currently being transcribed in the Notta mobile app.
  2. Tap the Subtitles button in the bottom left corner of the transcription screen to activate PIP mode. The transcription results will appear in a small floating window.

  3. Even if you switch to another app, the floating window will remain visible on your screen, allowing you to continue viewing the transcription in real time.
  4. Tap the X icon in the top-left corner of the floating window to close PIP mode. Closing the window does not stop the transcription.
  5. Tap the expand icon in the top-right corner of the floating window to return to the full transcription screen in the Notta app.
