Why didn't I receive my verification code?

When you try to change your email or password, you'll need to complete email verification. Notta will send a 6-digit verification code to your registered email address. If you don't receive this code, please refer to the troubleshooting steps below:
  1. Clear space in your inbox

    Your email inbox might be full, preventing new messages from being delivered. To ensure you receive the verification code and other important emails, please delete some old or unwanted messages to free up space.

  2. Check your spam or junk folder
    Sometimes, emails from new senders, especially those containing verification codes, can mistakenly be filtered into your spam, junk, or promotions folder. Please check these folders thoroughly for the Notta verification email.

  3. Unblock Notta's email address
    To guarantee that Notta's verification emails reach you, please add no-reply@register.notta.ai to your safe senders list or contacts. This action will prevent your email provider from blocking or filtering our messages.

  4. Common verification code delay causes
    Emails can sometimes be delayed due to anti-spam measures, server congestion, or network issues. Each code is valid for 5 minutes from when you click "send code." Please verify within this timeframe. Avoid clicking "resend" during this period, as it might invalidate the previous code.
