Restrict personal workspace creation

If you are using the Enterprise plan, Owners and Admins can restrict members from creating new personal workspaces.

Prerequisites for using this feature
Plan: Available on Enterprise Plan
Roles: Configurable only by Owner and Admins
Platform: Notta Web

Feature overview

Restrict Creation: Once this setting is enabled by an Admin, members will no longer be able to create new personal workspaces for their own use.

Data Migration: With the member's consent, data stored in existing personal workspaces can be migrated to the organization's Enterprise workspace for centralized management.

 

How to configure?

  1. Log in to the Notta Web app from your computer.
  2. Click your Profile Image in the top right corner, then select Settings.

  3. Click on Members in the left sidebar menu.
  4. Select the Member Workspace tab.
  5. Switch the toggle for Restrict members from creating workspaces to ON.
