If you are using the Enterprise plan, Owners and Admins can restrict members from creating new personal workspaces.

Plan: Available on Enterprise Plan
Roles: Configurable only by Owner and Admins

Feature overview
Restrict Creation: Once this setting is enabled by an Admin, members will no longer be able to create new personal workspaces for their own use.
Data Migration: With the member's consent, data stored in existing personal workspaces can be migrated to the organization's Enterprise workspace for centralized management.
How to configure?
- Log in to the Notta Web app from your computer.

Click your Profile Image in the top right corner, then select Settings.
- Click on Members in the left sidebar menu.
- Select the Member Workspace tab.

Switch the toggle for Restrict members from creating workspaces to ON.
