* Some features are unavailable or limited in the Notta mobile app.
⚠️ Important / Note:
- Page Limit: The system automatically determines the length, but the maximum is 15 pages per presentation.
- Read-Only Preview: You cannot directly edit the text inside the preview window.
- Download Formats: Slides can be exported as .pptx or .pdf files.
💻 Web Instructions
- Access Notta Brain
You can access this feature through the Notta Brain side panel within any meeting detail page or the dedicated Notta Brain page. - Request a Slides Deck
In the Brain chat interface, enter a command such as "Generate a Slides Deck about [topic]" or "Summarize this into slides."- Tip: Notta Brain will generate a file card titled with the presentation subject.
- Preview the Slides
Click the Preview button (or the file card) to open the slide viewer. - Refine Specific Pages (Optional)
Navigate to the specific page you want to change in the previewer. Click the modify options (e.g., Make concise, Make richer) to update that specific page. - Download or Save
- Download: Click the Download button and select either .pptx or .pdf.
📱 App Instructions
Note: The Notta App currently supports previewing slides only. Generating new slides must be done on the Web.
- Open a meeting recording or the Brain history where a PPT was generated.
- Tap the File Card (PPT icon) in the chat history.
- The slides will open in Preview Mode for you to view or review.
