Notta Brain is an AI workspace that acts as your "second brain". Going beyond traditional transcription, it cross-analyzes and summarizes multiple meeting notes to support your workflow.
This guide explains how to get started with Notta Brain and its main features.
1. What is Notta Brain?
More than just a transcript. It captures the context of your discussions and automatically turns records into organized knowledge.
- Visualizing Discussions: Analyze across multiple meeting records to instantly identify overlapping discussions or resolved issues.
- Rapid Onboarding: Drastically shorten the ramp-up time for new members by allowing them to immediately grasp past context and background.
- Drafting Documents from Scratch: Automatically create outlines for presentations or reports based on conversation data.
2. How to Access Notta Brain
To use Notta Brain, please follow these steps:
- Click the "Menu Icon (9 dots)" in the top left corner of the Notta screen.
- Select "Notta Brain" from the displayed menu.
3. Basic Usage (4 Main Features)
By giving instructions to the AI in a chat format, you can perform the following four operations:
① Analyze Data within Notta (Internal Data)
Reference and analyze data that has been recorded or transcribed in Notta.
- How to: Type "@" in the chat input field.
- Selection: A list of candidates will appear. Select the target folder, recording data, or PDF, and enter your question or instruction.
- Example: "@WeeklyMeeting Summarize the decisions made".
② Upload and Analyze PC Files (External Data)
You can upload your own documents and have the AI analyze their content.
- How to: Click the "Paperclip Icon" on the left side of the chat input field to select files.
- Supported Formats:
- PDF (.pdf)
- Word (.docx)
- Excel (.xlsx)
- PowerPoint (.pptx)
- Limitations: You can upload up to 3 files at a time, with a limit of 32MB per file.
③ Utilize Internet Search
In addition to Notta data, you can research and get answers using the latest public information on the web.
- How to: Turn ON the "Internet" button located below the chat input field.
- Use Case: You can ask for tomorrow's weather forecast or analyze internal data combined with the latest industry news.
④ Download Deliverables
Answers generated by Notta Brain can be exported in various formats depending on your needs.
- Text Answers: Word file (.docx)
- Generated Images: Image file (.png)
- Generated Slide Outlines: PDF or PowerPoint (.pptx)
