🎯 Before subscribing to Notta Brain

Subscription & Billing Management

Only the Workspace Owner can initiate a subscription and manage billing. Once active, the acquired credits are shared among all workspace members.

Unified Plan Management

For workspaces with both Notta and Notta Brain subscriptions, any changes to the billing cycle (monthly/annual) or subscription tier must be applied to both products simultaneously to ensure subscription consistency.

Unified Cancellation

If you have subscribed to both Notta and Notta Brain as a bundle, they cannot be partially canceled. Canceling will end future renewals for both products at the same time.

Platform-Specific Availability

Web: Standalone Notta Brain subscriptions are available exclusively on the web platform.
Mobile App (App Store / Google Play): On the mobile app, Notta Brain is managed as an add-on, integrated into the same subscription as your Notta paid plan.

Payment Channel Limitations

Payments are currently not interoperable across different channels. As a result, a user who purchases a subscription in the Mobile App is unable to subscribe again on the web.
If you encounter a payment channel error, please contact our support team.

💻 Subscribe to Notta Brain on Web

Notta Brain Pro

Go to Notta Brain and click your avatar in the top-right corner, then navigate to Settings > Pricing.
Click Get Pro plan under the Pro plan.
Select Annual or Monthly billing.
Enter your credit card details and confirm.
*Your default payment method will be charged if one is already on file.
Upon successful payment, your Pro plan activates immediately.

Note: If your Notta workspace is Pro or higher, you can only subscribe to the matching Notta Brain plan level.

Bundle Purchase (Notta + Notta Brain)

In Notta, go to Settings > Subscription Plan or trigger a Brain credit limit.
Select the plan and proceed to checkout.

Note: Currently, bundle purchases are available on the Web version for "Pro" and "Business" tiers.

Tip: A 10% bundle discount will be automatically applied to Notta Brain when purchased together with Notta.

💻 Manage Notta Brain on Web

View Subscription Details

Go to Settings > Billing.
View your Current workspace level and Subscribed Product (e.g., Notta Meeting, Notta Brain, or both).
Check renewal date, payment method, and payment history.

Upgrade from Pro to Business

In Settings > Pricing, click Get Business plan under the Business plan.
If you have both Notta and Notta Brain subscriptions, both will upgrade simultaneously.
Confirm the upgrade — no credit card re-entry required.

Switch to Annual Billing

Go to Settings > Billing.
Click Switch to Annual Plan.

Notes:

If you have both Notta and Notta Brain (Bundle subscription), both will switch to annual simultaneously.
Switching from annual to monthly is not supported.

Cancel Your Subscription

In Settings > Billing, click Cancel subscription.
If you have a Bundle subscription, both Notta and Notta Brain will be canceled together.

Note: No pro-rated refunds for remaining time. Your paid benefits remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

📱 Subscribe to Notta Brain on Mobile App

Open the app and go to Settings > Subscription Plan.
Select Notta Brain — AI-powered meeting assistant — as an add-on.
Complete the purchase. The subscription cycle must match your existing Notta plan.

Notes:

Standalone Notta Brain purchases are not available on the App. You can only purchase Notta Brain as an add-on to Notta in the App.
Once purchased via App, you cannot subscribe again on the web. See Payment Channel Limitations.

❓ FAQs

Is there a bundle discount?

Yes. When you purchase Notta Brain alongside any Notta subscription — including plans with single-language or bilingual translation add-ons — a 10% bundle discount is automatically applied to Notta Brain.

Can I cancel just Notta Brain from a Bundle subscription?

No. Bundle subscriptions cannot be partially canceled. Both products will be canceled together.

Where can I view my payment history?

Go to Settings > Billing and scroll down to view all past invoices. Click any invoice to download it.

I have a Pro/Business subscription, so why are my AI Credits still shows "1,000"?

It is possible that the subscription you purchased is for the Notta transcription feature only.

Notta Brain is a separate add-on feature from the transcription service. Subscribing to a Notta Pro or Business plan (for transcription) does not automatically grant you the paid quota for Notta Brain. If you wish to increase your AI credits or remove feature limits, you will need to purchase a Notta Brain plan separately.
