- Credits per Generation: Each successful generation consumes 200 credits.
- Interactive Revisions: Each revision also consumes 200 credits.
- Platform Support: Smart Fill is currently not supported on the mobile app (iOS/Android). Please use the Web version for full functionality.
π― How Smart Fill Works
Simply select a target layout to begin. The AI will intelligently scan for required fields and fill them in based on your chat or meeting minutes, all while preserving your original layout. Once completed, your finalized data can be exported directly in Word or Excel format.

Custom Layout Support
Custom Layout Support is an advanced feature that allows the AI to learn from your own specific layouts. Instead of using standard presets, you can enable the AI to understand your unique summary styles and specific data extraction requirements from any document you provide.
This premium feature is a managed customization option, exclusively available to Business and Enterprise customers who receive tailored implementation through our sales teams. It is not available for standard self-service plans.

Refine via Chat
After downloading, you can continue to refine the document through chat:
- Type your request in the chat box (e.g., "Please add more budget details to Section 2").
- Notta Brain regenerates an updated document based on your feedback.
- A new file download is triggered automatically.
β οΈ Each modification deducts 200 credits. There are no limits on the number of revisions as long as your credit balance is sufficient.

Entry Point 1: Notta Brain
- Access Notta Brain.
- Click the Smart Fill card on the home screen.
- Choose the template you wish to use.
- The selected template and pre-filled prompt will appear in the chat input field, with the file referenced via
@. - Change the
@file reference if necessary, then click Send. - Notta Brain will generate the document, and the download will start automatically.
Entry Point 2: Brain in Notta (transcript detail page)
- Open a note in Notta and click the Brain icon to open the Notta Brain chat.
- Click the Smart Fill button and choose a template from the panel.
- The prompt will be automatically sent to the chat.
- Notta Brain will generate the document, and the download will start automatically.
π± Mobile App Instructions (currently unavailable)
Smart Fill is not yet supported on the mobile app. To fill and export documents, please visit the Web platform (app.notta.ai) on your computer.

Unlike Smart Fill, the AI Notes feature does not recognize or adapt to the structure of existing files. Instead, it generates summaries based on predefined prompts and outlines, outputting the final result as a structured text block in Markdown format.
