By sharing a Notta Brain session, you can easily share your AI conversation history and generated content with others through a shareable link.

Note: Session sharing is currently unavailable in the mobile app (iOS/Android). Shared links open in a web browser on mobile devices. We recommend managing session sharing from the web version of Notta.
Overview
A Notta Brain session is a continuous conversation with AI for a specific task or topic, including the conversation history and content generated during the interaction. Within the same session, context is carried over between interactions, allowing you to continue giving instructions based on previous exchanges.
By sharing a session, you can give others access to the conversation history, reasoning steps, and generated content (PPTs/images). You can also set a password, expiration date, and whether the session can be indexed by search engines. Shared sessions are view-only, so viewers cannot edit the original session or download the generated content.
Create a share link
- In Notta Brain on the web (app.notta.ai/brain), open the session you want to share.
- Click Share in the upper-right corner of the session page.
In the sharing dialog, turn on Public access.
- Click Copy link to copy the link to your clipboard.

Quick sharing: You can also share the link instantly through the following external services.
- Slack: Click Share to Slack, select a workspace and channel, and confirm. The session title and link will be sent to the selected channel. (Note: You need to authorize the Slack integration the first time you use it.)
- Other options: QR code, X (Twitter), Facebook, LinkedIn, LINE, and WhatsApp.
Configure sharing settings
- Add a password: Protect the share link with a password. Viewers must enter the correct password to access the shared session.
- Set an expiration date: Choose from 7, 14, 30, 90, or 180 days, or select Never expires (default).
- Search engine indexing: When enabled, the shared page may appear in search engine results.
Note: The share link becomes invalid if you turn off Public access or delete the session. Viewers will see the message, "This shared session is no longer available."
View a shared session
- Open the share link in a web browser.
- You can view the conversation history, AI reasoning steps, and final outputs (PPTs/images) in view-only mode.
- Expand or collapse the AI reasoning process to view the steps involved, including tool calls such as searches and Python.
- Copying individual messages, downloading generated content, providing feedback (like/dislike), and viewing suggested questions are not available in the shared view.
- Click Try Notta Brain at the bottom of the page to start your own session based on the shared content.
- If you are already logged in: You are taken directly to a new Notta Brain session with the shared session referenced.
- If you are not logged in: You are directed to sign up or log in, then taken directly to Notta Brain — bypassing the standard onboarding flow.
