In Notta Brain, workspace administrators can allocate AI credits to individual members and set usage limits. This article explains how to add members, assign credit limits, and monitor usage.
Prerequisites for using this feature
Plan: Available on Enterprise Plan and Business plan
Roles: Configurable only by Owner and Admins

About Member Credit Management
Member Credit Management lets you control how AI credits are distributed across your workspace. With this feature, you can:
- Set credit limits: Define a monthly credit cap for each member.
- Monitor usage: View each member's consumed credits in real time.
- Bulk import: Add multiple members at once using a CSV or Excel file.
Note: Members who have not been assigned credits cannot use Notta Brain's AI features. You must allocate credits to a member before they can start using Notta Brain.
⚙️ Open the Credit Management Dashboard
- Go to Notta Brain in your browser and log in.
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner, then select Settings from the dropdown menu.
- In the left navigation menu, click Notta Brain Usage.
The credit usage overview and member credit management dashboard will be displayed.
The dashboard shows the following information:

| Team Seats | Number of members added to Notta Brain and the total seat capacity |
| AI Credit | Total credits used and available across the workspace |
| Storage Usage | Available storage capacity remaining |
👥 Add Members and Assign Credits
- Add members individually
- In the "Member Credit Management" section, click the + Add members button.
- Select Add a member from the dropdown menu.
- A new row will appear in the list. Click the Search members field and select the member you want to add from the workspace member list.
- Adjust the Credit Limit value if needed (default: 5,000).
- Click the blue checkmark (✓) on the right side of the row to save your settings.
- Add members in bulk (file import)
Notes:
- Only members who have already joined the workspace can be imported.
- Credit limits can be specified in the file. If not specified, the default value will be applied.
You can also add multiple members at once using a CSV or Excel file.
- Click the + Add members button.
- Select Bulk Import Members from the dropdown menu.
- Upload your file. The file should contain each member's email address and credit limit.
🔑 Manage Existing Members
- Change a member's credit limit
You can update the credit limit for any member at any time.
- In the "Member Credit Management" section, click the pencil icon on the right side of the member you want to update.
- Enter the new limit value.
- Click the blue checkmark (✓) to save the change.
- Remove a member
You can remove a member from the Notta Brain workspace at any time.
- In the "Member Credit Management" section, click the trash icon on the right side of the member you want to remove.
- Review the confirmation pop-up, then click Delete to confirm.
