You can check whether your Notta Memo supports wired connection by using its serial number.
π Check by Serial Number
Check the 6th to 9th digits of your device serial number, also shown as S/N or SN.
Example serial number: 00A002546A000000 (16 digits)
- If the number is 2546 or higher: Your Notta Memo supports wired transfer.
- If the number is lower than 2546: Your Notta Memo does not support wired transfer.

You can check the serial number in either of the following ways.
Check the product package
The product box has a label showing the S/N.
Note: The label may be included inside the packaging box.
Check the Notta App settings
If your device is connected, or bound, to the Notta App, you can check the SN from the device settings in the app.
