As part of information security measures, the Notta Business Plan Edition supports the ability to restrict the IP addresses that can access the workspace.
By setting your company's IP address, you can allow access only from that network, blocking access from outside the company and preventing unauthorized access by third parties.
How to set IP address restrictions?
1. Click " User Settings " → " Security " → " IP Restriction " on the left sidebar , and then click " +Add IP address ".
2. Enter the IP address, and click "Update".
[Designate IP one by one]
Enter the same IP address (e.g. 23.236.98.189) in the [Start IP Address] and [End IP Address] input fields , then click " Update ". Please also use the Note field if necessary.

[Specify IP in Segment]
Enter the IP address range (e.g. 23.236.98.189 to 23.236.98.199) in the [Start IP Address] and [End IP Address] input fields , then click " Update ". Please also use the Note field if necessary.

Starting IP Address: Enter the IP address to start the range with.

Ending IP Address: Enter the IP address to end the range.

Enter a value greater than the starting IP address for the ending IP address.
3. When "Update success" is displayed at the top, the configuration is complete. Access will no longer be allowed from IP addresses other than the one to which you have granted access.
How to cancel (delete) IP address restrictions?
1.Click the edit button to the right of the IP address you want to delete.
2. Click the "✖️" delete button and then click " Update " to complete the deletion.
3. All IP restriction settings can be removed by deleting all settings. The owner's IP address must be deleted last.
Points of Attention
- Enter the global IP address in IPv4 format in the "IP Address" field. IPv6 format is not supported.
- If you wish to use IP address restriction, please switch to a Wifi connection before using the service.
- Please be sure to set the IP address of the workspace owner.
- Business plan users can add up to 20 IPs.
- Enterprise plan users can add up to 1000 IPs.
