Restrict custom template sharing

The workspace owner can specify who can share custom templates:

  • Allowing more members increases template flexibility.

Notes:

  • Users without sharing permissions can still create private templates for themselves, but cannot share them within the workspace.
  • Templates that were shared by a user before their sharing permissions were revoked remain shared in the workspace. Users with Full Access to these templates can delete them or convert them to private.
  • Once a template is converted to private, users without sharing permissions cannot share it again.
