Hide member list from non-administrator users

Notta allows you to hide the member list from non-administrator users. This helps protect team privacy and creates a secure environment for everyone.

Prerequisites for using this feature
Plan: Available on Business Plan and Enterprise Plan
Role: Only Owner can configure
Platform: Notta Web
  1. Click your Profile image > Settings in the upper right corner of the screen.

  2. Hover your cursor over the navigation bar on the left side of the settings screen and scroll down. When you see Security, click it.
  3. Click Feature Restrictions and turn on the toggle next to Member List Access Restricted.

  4. A confirmation dialog will appear. After confirming the notes, click Confirm to hide the member list (the "Members" tab in the Settings screen) from non-administrator users.
