Notta allows you to hide the member list from non-administrator users. This helps protect team privacy and creates a secure environment for everyone.
Prerequisites for using this feature
Plan: Available on Business Plan and Enterprise Plan
Role: Only Owner can configure
Platform: Notta Web
- Click your Profile image > Settings in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Hover your cursor over the navigation bar on the left side of the settings screen and scroll down. When you see Security, click it.
- Click Feature Restrictions and turn on the toggle next to Member List Access Restricted.
- A confirmation dialog will appear. After confirming the notes, click Confirm to hide the member list (the "Members" tab in the Settings screen) from non-administrator users.
