By disabling some or all third-party integrations in your team workspace, you can enhance data transfer management and achieve higher security control.

Note: Disabling third-party integrations will affect all workspace members, whether they're using the web version or mobile apps. Specifically, disabling the calendar integration will stop the meeting bot from automatically joining online meetings via calendar events. If a disabled third-party service is used within an automation rule, that automation will become invalid.
Disable third-party integrations
- Click your Profile image > Settings in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Hover your cursor over the navigation bar on the left side of the settings screen and scroll down. When you see Security, click it.
- Click Feature Restrictions and turn on the toggle next to Disable third party integrations.
- Check the boxes for the third-party services you want to disable and click Disable Integrations.
*Hover your cursor over the third-party service list area and scroll down to see more services. - A confirmation dialog will appear. After confirming the notes, click Disable Integrations to disable the specified third-party service integration.
- On the "Feature Restrictions" settings screen, a list of third-party services allowed for integration in this workspace will be displayed.
- All members of the workspace, including the owner, will now only be able to see the third-party services allowed for integration on the "Integrations & Apps" screen.
Change the scope of disablement
If you want to change the scope of disablement, click Edit. After checking the services you want to disable or unchecking the services you want to re-enable, click Disable Integrations to save the settings.
Re-enable all third-party service integrations
If you want to re-enable all third-party service integrations that are disabled within the workspace, turn off the toggle for Disable third party integrations.
