Available add-on features
How much do add-on features cost?
Add-ons have two pricing options: annual and monthly. For specific pricing, please see this link.
The price applied is determined by the billing cycle of your existing subscription, and you cannot switch to a different billing cycle for add-ons. If you purchase an add-on in the middle of your subscription period, the system will automatically calculate and charge you only for the remaining duration of your subscription.
For example, if you are using the Annual Pro Plan, the add-on will also be billed at the annual rate, and the add-on you purchase will be valid for the remaining duration of your Pro plan. In this case, you cannot purchase the add-on on a monthly basis.
Also, if you have a Business Plan, the cost of the add-on will be multiplied by the number of seats under your subscription. The system does not currently allow for the individual purchase and application of add-ons to specific members.
How to purchase add-on features?
Pro Plan / Business Plan subscribers via Notta Web
- Log in to the Notta Web version from your computer and click your Profile image → Settings in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Open the Subscription Plan tab, scroll down the pricing plan screen, and click Get Add-on.
- Check the boxes for the add-ons you need, review the billing details, and click Get Add-on to complete the purchase.
Note: If your subscription has already been canceled, you cannot purchase add-ons directly from the Notta Web version. Please contact support through this form.
Pro Plan subscribers via App Store or Google Play
Currently, add-on purchases through the App Store or Google Play are not supported. If you wish to purchase add-ons, please fill out this form. The support team will provide you with guidance on the purchase procedure via email.
Enterprise Plan subscribers
To purchase add-on features, please contact your sales representative directly. If you do not have their contact information, please fill out this form. A sales representative will contact you via email with a quotation and purchasing instructions after reviewing your inquiry.
How to remove add-ons?
Currently, you cannot remove only add-ons from your subscription. If you no longer need add-ons, you need to cancel your current subscription, and then create a new subscription after the original subscription expires.
