If you're having trouble syncing your calendar events or connecting your calendar, we recommend trying to remove the existing connection between your calendar and Notta, and then rebuilding the connection.
Here are some common problems you may encounter:
- Calendar events aren't syncing
- Inconsistent meeting times between Notta and calendar
- "Calendar Account Already Linked" error
Troubleshooting
If your calendar events aren't syncing or showing up as expected, check the following:
- Specific start and end times are required (no all-day events)
- Events must be single-day (multi-day events will not sync)
- Only events within the next 14 days will sync
- Google Calendar and/or Outlook Calendar must be selected in Notta
Rebuild connection
If your calendar and settings are all in order but the issue persists, please try removing and then rebuilding the connection between your calendar and Notta using these steps.
Google Calendar
- Access the link below with the Google account that has ownership of the calendar.

- Click Delete all connections you have with Notta.ai.
- Click Confirm.
- Go back to Notta, and open Integrations & Apps. Under the Google Calendar, click Connect, and then follow the on-screen instructions to rebuild the connection.
Outlook Calendar
- Access the link below with the Microsoft account that has ownership of the calendar.
https://account.microsoft.com/ - Unfold Privacy and click Apps and services that can access your data.
- Find Notta, and click Edit.
- Click Remove these permissions.
- Go back to Notta, and open Integrations & Apps. Under the Outlook Calendar, click Connect, and then follow the on-screen instructions to rebuild the connection.
