If you encounter the error message "That doesn’t look like a valid meeting link. Please check and try again." , when setting up the Notta Bot, the meeting link you entered may not match the format or source of Web meeting that Notta currently supports.
The main causes are likely a copy error in the meeting link or entering a meeting link format that is not supported.
Notta supports invitation links obtained via the following sources:
- Link from an automatically sent invitation email
A link contained in the invitation email automatically sent from the Online meetings (such as Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, etc.). - Link from the meeting invitation details
A link that can be copied as an "shareable invitation link" from the invitation details or meeting page of the Online meetings (such as Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, etc.).
Please note:
Links obtained from sources other than those listed above (e.g., a link shared via a chat function during the meeting) may prevent the Bot from recognizing the meeting.
Please be sure to obtain the link from the "invitation email" or "meeting page" officially issued by the Online meetings, and try again.
