1. Check your network connection status
- If your connected Wi-Fi is unstable, please wait for a while or try connecting to a different Wi-Fi network.
- If you are using a 4G network, please try using Wi-Fi or wired LAN.
2. Check if you have enabled speaker identification
When importing a file with the speaker identification enabled, the transcription process may take longer than usual. We apologize for the inconvenience and kindly ask for your patience until the processing is complete.
