Features Restriction
1. Public Sharing Configuration
This will update the default configuration for the Share option on every page in this workspace. The default setting is "Never expires", while the optional expiration period is up to 30 days.
■ Public sharing disabled
*Available for Business plan and Enterprise plan users
By implementing this restriction, members will be prevented from sharing pages publicly within the workspace.
Go to Settings→[Features Restriction] by clicking on your profile image.
Enable the Share restriction and confirm the action.
Once enabled, the Share public option will be locked, and previous shared links will become invalid.
2. Member List Access Restricted
*Available for Business plan and Enterprise plan users
Disable Member button in Workspace settings to restrict member-role users from viewing others emails, names and profile photos.
3. Email Change Restrictions
*Available for Business plan and Enterprise plan users
To help prevent data leaks, this setting limits workspace members from changing their email addresses.
4. Disable Third Party Integrations
*Available for Enterprise plan users only
If enabled, third-party integrations, including calendar services, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, cloud storage platforms, and other external applications will be deactivated for both web and mobile versions.
5. Disable AI features
*Available for Enterprise plan users only
Disable AI features (such as AI Notes, AI template library, and related functionalities) for both web and mobile platforms.
IP restrictions
Notta business plan allows owner to limit the IP addresses that can access the workspace.

- Go to Settings→[Features Restriction] by clicking on your profile image.
- Click on [IP Restrictions].
- Click [Add IP Address] to enter the desired IP address or IP address range.
- For individual IP addresses, enter the same IP address in both the "Starting IP" and "Ending IP" fields and click "Update." Add any necessary notes. For IP address ranges, enter the starting and ending IP addresses and click "Update." Include notes if needed.
- Confirm the IP address or range and save the settings. After applying IP restrictions, access to the workspace will only be allowed from the specified IP addresses.
Auto Deletion
*Available for Enterprise plan users only
*Regardless of this configuration, you can always manually delete files at any time.
The auto-deletion setting applies to files and folders across all user accounts in your workspace. Please note that it does not apply to files in the Trash, which are permanently deleted after 30 days.
Password Management
*Available for Enterprise plan users only
This policy requires all workspace members to change their passwords after a certain period. Note: It only affects users with email and password login/signup. Those using Google, MS Teams, or SSO login/signup will not be affected.
