If you're experiencing issues with [Record an Audio], here are some suggestions to help troubleshoot the problem:
1. Check the recommended operating environment
In order to run Notta, the operating environment must meets:
■Windows
Latest stable version of Google Chrome
Latest stable version of Microsoft Edge
■Mac
Latest stable version of Google Chrome
Latest stable version of Microsoft Edge
Latest stable version of Safari
If the operating environment is not the recommended one, transcription may not be successful.
If you are using the app version, please update to the latest version.
2. Check the status of your network connection
If your Wi-Fi connection is unstable, please wait for a while or try connecting to a different Wi-Fi network.
If you are using a 4G line, please try Wi-Fi or wired LAN.
3. Check if you are subscribed to a paid plan (Pro plan&Business plan).
With the free plan, only the first 3 minutes of real-time transcript are displayed. If you are subscribed a paid plan (Pro plan, Business plan etc.), you can view the full content of real-time transcript.
4. Check the transcribe quota
If you don't have enough transcribe quota, the audio will not be transcribed in real time.
Once the recording has finished, you can check if the audio playback is functioning properly. If the audio plays back without any issues, you can export the recording and import it again to view completed transcript.
